All bookings, which have been or will be made directly with the Landhaus Gertraud, can be rebooked or cancelled free of charge until 14 days before arrival. Without giving reasons.
If, however, due to force majeure (borders closed or no ski operation), an arrival in your booked period is not possible or reasonable, you can cancel free of charge up to 2 days before arrival.
