The Landhaus Gertraud is located in a calm situation on the outskirts of Hinterglemm. The next entry to the Ski Circus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn is the “Zwölferkogelbahn”, approx. 10 minutes away by walking.


In summer a hiking or biking route runs along our house. The downhill trail “Z-Line powered by TREK” is reachable within 2 minutes by bike.

The town centre of Hinterglemm is reachable within 15 minutes by walking.

By Car:

Tauern highway (A10): Exit Bischofshofen – Schwarzach/ St. Veit – Zell am See – Maishofen – Saalbach Hinterglemm

Highway Munich: (No motorway toll sticker is needed for this route) Exit Siegsdorf – Lofer – Saalfelden – Maishofen – Saalbach Hinterglemm

By train:

Train station Zell am See or Saalfelden. Use the bus or taxi to come to Saalbach Hinterglemm

By aircraft:

Airport Salzburg or Munich – please make enquiries concerning the shuttle timetable from the airport shuttle, which takes you from Munich or Salzburg to Saalbach Hinterglemm at the website of Holiday Shuttle

Arrival to the Landhaus Gertraud once you are in Saalbach Hinterglemm

Drive through Hinterglemm’s tunnel and after 400 meters straight ahead you turn right to the Pfefferweg which begins at the restaurant “Forellenhof”.

At the Pfefferweg – after about 200 meters straight ahead up the hill – you will find our house on the left side at the beginning of the Sonnweg.
