All bookings made or to be made directly with Landhaus Gertraud can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 20 days before arrival. Without giving reasons.
If, however, due to force majeure (borders closed or no ski operation), an arrival in your booked period is not possible or reasonable, you can cancel free of charge up to 2 days before arrival.
