All bookings made or to be made directly with Landhaus Gertraud can be rebooked or cancelled free of charge up to 20 days before arrival. Without giving reasons.
However, if arrival is not possible or reasonable during your booked period due to force majeure (closed borders or no ski operations), you can cancel free of charge up to 2 days before arrival.
